Meet Kerrie

Friends and family would tell you that I’m someone whose glass is not just half full, but it’s spilling over with positivity and possibility for all things in life.

I became a celebrant because of this passion for the beauty of life and love and wanting to help people create fun, uplifting, warm and lasting memories at all stages in this Circle of Love that we all live in.

I am a people person. I consider it an honour to be invited to conduct your ceremony in celebrating the great joys in life of marriage to naming days. To be there as a support to you and your family in the sadder times is my purpose. It is Love that encompasses life’s circle – beginning to end.

I’m a natural public speaker. Coming from a large family I can not only handle a rowdy crowd at your special event, but also bring love and compassion to those moments that require more tenderness.

I am open hearted and love a chat. I want to hear your stories and work with you to create a ceremony that truly reflects your dreams and vision as a couple or celebrates your family member the way you want them to be remembered. To be able to include your fur babies, little children or any other significant people into your special service is not a problem.

I am happy to incorporate any special traditions or reflections you want included. I will work with your photographer / videographer to ensure the special moments are captured, the music and timing is perfect.

Wedding Ceremonies

Your wedding day should be filled with love, laughter, and everything you’ve ever dreamed of and I’m here to help bring that vision to life. My role is to guide you every step of the way, creating a ceremony where you feel completely comfortable, confident, and relaxed, so you can truly enjoy every unforgettable moment.

Naming and Blessing Ceremonies

It is a joyous occasion to welcome new life and love into the world. Together, we can create a bespoke ceremony to formally introduce your child into your loving circle of family and friends. The nature of the celebration can be as traditional or as creative as you please.

MC Services

If there is one thing that I am good at, it’s talking. My husband might argue…..too much..... I am available as a master of ceremonies for all occasions big and small. I can happily take control of a room and ensure people are captivated and engaged. This way, you can sit back and relax with full confidence that your event will run smoothly and without the occasional nodding head.

Funerals

I named my business the Circle of Love, to not only celebrate life's beginnings but to also commemorate its endings. Creating a funeral service to honour the life of a loved one requires empathy and compassion. In this role, I work very closely with families to ensure the service is individualised and an accurate reflection of the loved one passed.

My husband and I said our ‘I dos’ in April 2019, which was all seamlessly put together by this wonderful lady. Our ceremony was everything we imagined. Kerrie’s relaxed and warm demeanour enabled us to feel so comfortable leading up to our day. She bent over backwards to ensure every part of our ceremony was exactly how we wanted and gave us plenty of guidance when we merely had no clue. As the ceremony began we instantly felt relaxed standing next to kerrie. We loved that our ceremony encapsulated everything about us, our story and even had a little room for some great humour. We highly recommend this wonderful woman and what she does. Someone so bubbly, warm and approachable yet very professional all in one. Thanks so much again Kerrie.

Kerrie was the perfect celebrant for us. She made the pre wedding organisation feel easy, made my husband and I feel comfortable and was available to answer any questions we had at any time. We had a small intimate wedding of 30 people and Kerrie fit in seamlessly, feeling like one of the family. Kerrie was the perfect celebrant for our big day. We wanted our ceremony to be relaxed and fun and Kerrie delivered exactly that! We are so grateful for all her help and guidance on not only on the day but also leading up to and after the event. Kerrie is a true professional and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to officiate our wedding!
