It is important to me that your wedding day is everything you have dreamt of. It is my job to make sure that you feel comfortable, confident and relaxed on your special day.

Celebrant for your wedding

As your marriage celebrant I get to be a part of the wonderful journey of your commitment to one another. This is an honour and I am available to support and liaise with you throughout your preparations.

I support Marriage Equality and happily perform same sex marriages. I am open and inclusive and do not discriminate. It is everyone’s right to be treated equally and with respect.

I am aware of the many different cultures and traditions that people may wish to include into their ceremonies. I welcome these special moments that make your wedding ceremony so special and unique to you. You may also want to include children or your fur baby into the ceremony to make this a special day to be remembered by your family and friends.

Of course there are also the legalities associated with your wedding service. In our initial meeting, I can guide you through creating a ceremony of your choice and prepare the legal documents required.

Prices and Packages

From $900

A short no fuss ceremony with two witnesses of your choice or they can be provided. Plus any children of the couple and/or parents can attend.

From $570

A legals only ceremony is just the couple and celebrant with two witnesses where only the legal requirements form the ceremony.

Rehearsal before the day to help settle everyone’s nerves of what is to be expected on the day

A Local Who's Willing To Travel

I am local a to the picturesque Central Coast, however, I don’t mind packing my bags and adventuring the landscapes that New South Wales has to offer. I am always amazed at how many beautiful wedding venues are tucked away within our state.

Depending on the location of your destination wedding a fee maybe incurred to cover additional travel and accommodation expenses.

However, there are no additional travel expenses if your ceremony is in the Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and lower Hunter
Regions.

Legal Requirements for Marriage

Being a celebrant is a special and important role. It attracts obligations and legal responsibilities.

I work towards marriage ceremonies which celebrate your individuality and choices, while carefully including the legal requirements needed for your wedding.

You must be over 18 years of age

You will need to provide an original Birth Certificate or Passport as proof of date and place of birth

Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form with your celebrant, no later than one month prior to your wedding date, but not more than 18 months before the wedding date.

You must provide Photo ID such as a Passport or Driver’s Licence. Your Passport can serve as both proof of of date and place of birth as well as Photo ID

If you are a divorced person, you will need to provide documentation of the Termination of your previous marriage

All documents in a foreign language, must have a certified English translation done by a NAATI Certified person when it is to be sighted by a Celebrant.

If you are widowed, you will need to provide the Death Certificate of your previous spouse

Before the ceremony, couples are required to sign a Commonwealth Statutory Declaration of “No Legal Impediment” to being married

Commitment Ceremonies

There is more than one way to celebrate your love and commitment for each other, especially if a traditional wedding ceremony is not your cup of tea. Having a commitment ceremony, simply means that you get to experience the ritual feeling of a wedding without the legalities. It gives couples the autonomy to be as creative as they desire when it comes to their ceremony.

Vow renewals

There is nothing more beautiful than to witness two souls reaffirm their commitment for each other. Like all ceremonies, this is a momentous occasion that can be as big or small as you like.

My husband and I said our ‘I dos’ in April 2019, which was all seamlessly put together by this wonderful lady. Our ceremony was everything we imagined. Kerrie’s relaxed and warm demeanour enabled us to feel so comfortable leading up to our day. She bent over backwards to ensure every part of our ceremony was exactly how we wanted and gave us plenty of guidance when we merely had no clue. As the ceremony began we instantly felt relaxed standing next to kerrie. We loved that our ceremony encapsulated everything about us, our story and even had a little room for some great humour. We highly recommend this wonderful woman and what she does. Someone so bubbly, warm and approachable yet very professional all in one. Thanks so much again Kerrie.
